Today is All Saint’s Day (preceded by All Hallow’s Eve–Halloween). I hope your evening was safe, pleasant and full of as much or little trickery as you sought. As for us, we stayed home and did our usual Friday night thing. I went to a Girl Scout yard sale setup and donated some unneeded items to support our troop’s and service area’s fundraising efforts. You see, there are many things going on in society that are good and noble, but the Democratic candidate for president thinks he needs to change a lot of things. Will the future of the Girl Scouts and their good works be affected? He’s never even mentioned whether his girls are Girl Scouts. If you research Juliette Low and the history of 95 years of Girl Scouting, you will discover many prominent women in society who have been involved in Scouting. I am a former Girl Scout and I didn’t turn out too bad 🙂 Please, on this All Saint’s Day, think about the good in life. God Bless you.
